These terms and conditions apply to the "Free Health Check for New Clients" offer (the “Offer”).
The Offer is available at participating vet practices only and is subject to appointment availability.
This Offer begins on 03/03/25 at 00:01 and ends on 11/05/25 at 23:59 (the “End Point”). In order for the Offer to be valid you must have booked an appointment with the relevant participating vet practice that is scheduled to occur prior to the End Point.
This Offer applies to all types of small animal pets , provided that at the time of making an appointment for a health check via the Offer they are well, show no signs of illness and no concerns as to their health have been provided to you by another vet practice.
The Offer is comprised of the following health check services :
a. Weight and body condition review
b. Teeth and gums inspection
c. Eyes, ears, skin, and coat evaluation
d. Joint and mobility assessment
e. Vaccination status check and booster recommendations
f. Flea and worm treatment status
g. General health questionnaire covering appetite, urination, defecation, and exercise
h. Advice on nutrition, preventative care, and behaviour
The price of a health check WAS £24.99 from 11/10/24 to 03/03/25. The price of a health check under the Offer is NOW £0 from 03/03/25 until 11/05/25 at 23:59.
The Offer excludes all other services other than those listed above, including urine tests, anal gland checks, additional consultations, and any follow-up treatments. The Offer applies to one health check appointment only per pet.
Should it be identified that your pet may have an underlying illness requiring further investigation, additional fees will apply for diagnostics, laboratory, or surgical procedures.
The Offer is available only to clients of the relevant participating vet practice with either (i) new pets which have not been registered with the practice or (ii) pets which have not been registered with the practice within the last two years, in each case prior to participating in the Offer.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
To redeem the Offer, you must register as a new client or, for existing clients of the practice, register the details of your new pet online, in-clinic, or over the phone before attending your pet’s health check appointment.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.

The terms and conditions of this Offer are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in either the Northern Irish or the English Courts.
